Wholly Nutritious was founded by Kristina Taylor, a Functional Nutrition Counselor based in Clearwater, FL, with a passion for making clean, balanced eating accessible to everyone, especially those following vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free lifestyles.

My Journey

Health + Wellness is a journey. My personal journey has been bumpy in spots and not always smooth but every step has led me here, to doing work I truly love in Clearwater, FL.

Learning Through Experience 
I have been a Vegetarian for 38 years, but for a long time, I didn't have the knowledge I needed to truly fuel my body well. Without understanding how to balance my nutritional requirements, specifically eating enough complete proteins, I fell into a carb-heavy diet that led to weight gain and lack of energy.

A Turning Point 

My quest for answers became more focused when I opened Pinellas Med Clinic, a wellness-focused weight loss clinic and med spa, in October 2021. Through that experience, I lost over 70 lbs and felt better than ever. It was so rewarding to help guide others as they began their own wellness journeys too.

Discovering the Power of Functional Nutrition

This led me to complete an intensive course to become a Functional Nutrition Counselor, where I learned how food can be used to heal the body. My passion became creating recipes that would provide delicious, nutritious meal options for the underserved Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free community.

Our Commitment

Every Wholly Nutritious meal is prepared by a professional chef in a licensed commercial kitchen right here in Clearwater, FL. All of our recipes are 100% gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian with zero cross-contamination, always.

Where We Are Today

Our focus shifted, we closed the chapter on the Med Clinic, and now we create delicious food for people on the go across Pinellas County, FL, including Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, and Pinellas Park. Our grab-and-go meals are available in self-serve fridges at local spots near you. No cooking. No compromising. Just real food, ready when you are.
